The WcListserve Setup utility has a new wizard when adding a new list. The wizard will assist in creating a new list record helping you setup the key features.
Improved operations fixes some bouncing issues.
An old problem in wcListserve, where it did not properly prepare outgoing list mail for bouncing, has been fixed.. Now, bounced mail will go to the proper administrator address.
New Subscription Confirmation option
The list record has a new option "Confirm New Subcriptions." If enabled (checked), wcListserve will send a confirmation email message to the subscription address. The user is instructed to simply reply back to complete the subscription.
Support for HTML Stripping
Now you have the ability to remove HTML from list mail with the "Strip HTML mime content" list option..
Support for Allowing or not Allowing Attachments
Now you have the ability to control whether list mail are allowed attachments. Note: This is not a strip. Either the mail is accepted with attachments or not.
Support for Maximim Message or Attachment Size
Now you have the ability to limit the size of the message or the size of attachments. If enabled and either size is exceeded, the message is rejected.
Template support for Request and List Text Files
Now you can use new template macros to create general templates for request and list text files (welcome, header, footer, confirmation files).
